- Light Corn Syrup 0 fl oz
- Water 0 fl oz
- Egg white 6 pieces
- Vanilla extract 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix sugar, corn syrup, egg whites, and water. Place over a water bath and cook until the mixture heats to 160°F, about 2 minutes.
Step 2
Remove from the bath and beat with a mixer on high speed for about 7 minutes, until increased in volume and smooth.
Step 3
Add vanilla and use immediately.
