Ingredients
- Potato 1 piece
- Carrot ½ piece
- White Cabbage 0 oz
- Butter 1 teaspoon
- Sour Cream 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel and wash the potato, carrot, and cabbage, then cover with cold water (1.5 cups) and boil until the vegetables are soft.
Step 2
Cool the broth, then pass the cooked vegetables through a fine sieve. Dilute the resulting puree with the strained broth, add salt, and bring to a boil again.
Step 3
Before serving, add butter and sour cream to the soup.
