- Water 10 fl oz
- Rice 0 oz
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Add the rinsed and sorted rice to boiling water and cook until the rice is soft.
Step 2
Pass the cooked rice through a fine sieve, dilute with milk, add sugar and salt, and bring to a boil again, breaking it up with a spatula.
Step 3
Before serving, add butter to the soup.
