  • Pumpkin 10 oz
  • Water 0 fl oz
  • Milk 3 tablespoons
  • Honey 2 tablespoons
  • Olive Oil 5 fl oz
  • Salt ¾ teaspoon
  • Wheat Flour 20 oz
  • Dry yeast 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel the pumpkin from the skin and seeds (you should have 300 grams of peeled pumpkin) and cut it into small cubes. Transfer to a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook over medium heat until soft. Remove from heat and puree with a blender.

Step 2

In a bowl, mix the milk, honey, olive oil, salt, and pumpkin puree, then add the flour. Make a well in the center and add the yeast. Knead the dough well.

Step 3

Place the dough on a floured surface and press it into a flat rectangle. Roll it into a log and place it in a greased loaf pan. Cover with a towel and let the dough rise until it doubles in size.

Step 4

Preheat the oven to 390°F and bake the bread for about 30-40 minutes until done. Let it cool.
