Ingredients

  • Walnuts to taste
  • Pistachios to taste
  • Honey 2 tablespoons
  • Butter 2 tablespoons
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • Cardamom 0 oz
  • Sugar to taste
  • Shelled pumpkin seeds to taste
  • Pumpkin 1 piece

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel the pumpkin and cut it into random pieces.

Step 2

Place in a bag and microwave for 5 minutes.

Step 3

Grease a baking tray with butter, transfer the pumpkin there (if juice is released, pour it onto the tray). Place the remaining butter on the hot pumpkin. Drizzle with honey.

Step 4

Add the remaining ingredients — nuts and spices. Nuts can be roughly chopped or broken if desired. Lightly crush the cardamom in a mortar.

Step 5

Mix everything together. Sugar — to taste (for those with a sweet tooth).

Step 6

Bake in the oven at 390°F until golden brown.

Step 7

Serve warm.
