
Pumpkin Sticks with Garlic

Description
This results in a very soft, slightly spicy, and incredibly healthy snack. The cooking time may vary — it can turn out softer or firmer. I prefer soft pumpkin.
Ingredients
- Pumpkin 10 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Dill 1 bunch
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
It's all very easy and simple. Peel the pumpkin using a vegetable peeler.
Step 2
Cut it into sticks, cubes, or triangles — whatever is convenient for you.
Step 3
Place everything on a baking sheet, thinly slice the garlic on top. Sprinkle with ground pepper, and optionally herbs, then drizzle with olive oil.
Step 4
Send it to the oven at 390°F for 5–6 minutes, then turn on the grill function and leave it for another 2–3 minutes.
