- Pumpkin 15 oz

- Thyme 2 pieces
- Garlic 2 cloves

- Ciabatta 2 pieces
- Tiger shrimp in brine 6 pieces
- Parmesan Cheese 0 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Shelled pumpkin seeds 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the pumpkin from the skin and seeds, cut into large pieces, add thyme, rosemary, and olive oil, wrap in foil, and bake for 20 minutes at 355°F. Then blend (if the mixture is too thick, you can dilute it with chicken broth or water for a softer and gentler taste).
Step 2
Peel the shrimp, marinate in olive oil with garlic, salt, and pepper, and sauté in olive oil.
Step 3
Sprinkle the ciabatta pieces with parmesan and bake.
Step 4
Arrange the shrimp, parmesan croutons, add slices of parmesan, sprinkle with pumpkin seeds, and drizzle with olive oil.
