- Pumpkin seed oil 0 oz
- Pumpkin seed oil 0 fl oz
- Chicken Broth 0 fl oz
- Ciabatta 0 oz
- Herbs to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the onion.
Step 2
Rinse the fennel.
Step 3
Chop the fennel and onion into small pieces and sauté them in butter.
Step 4
Cut the pumpkin into cubes and add it to the onions and fennel.
Step 5
Add chicken broth and simmer on low heat until cooked through.
Step 6
During the process, add water, salt, and pepper to taste.
Step 7
While the soup is cooking, boil the shrimp for 2–3 minutes and then sauté them in a skillet.
Step 8
Remove the soup from the heat and pour the contents of the pot into a blender.
Step 9
Grind until smooth.
Step 10
Pour the soup into a deep bowl, top with shrimp, and drizzle with pumpkin oil.
Step 11
Garnish with pumpkin seeds, parsley, or dill.
Step 12
Serve with ciabatta.
