Ingredients

  • Lamb 10 oz
  • Pumpkin 5 oz
  • Salad Potatoes 3 pieces
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Potato 1 piece
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Sauté the onion and garlic clove in vegetable oil, add the pumpkin, and fry everything until golden brown, then add the tomato and simmer until homogeneous.

Step 2

Boil the potatoes in broth.

Step 3

Blend everything in a blender until smooth, adjust the consistency with broth, season with salt and pepper, and add pieces of meat to each bowl.
