Ingredients
- Pumpkin 70 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Potato 1 piece
- Celery stalk 2 pieces
- Parsley to taste
- Basil to taste
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Mild Chili Spice to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Olive Oil to taste
- Roasted Peanuts to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds, and cut it into large pieces.
Step 2
Chop the celery, onion, and a bit of hot pepper, and sauté in oil. Add the pumpkin, tomato, a little boiling water, and simmer for about 20 minutes.
Step 3
Season with salt and pepper, blend until smooth. Serve with herbs and pumpkin seeds.
