- Pumpkin 30 oz
- Croutons 5 oz
- Water 25 fl oz
- Potato 10 oz
- Milk 40 fl oz
- Butter 3 tablespoons
- Sugar 2 teaspoons

Step 1
Peel the pumpkin and potato, rinse, slice thinly, place in a pot, cover with water, add salt, sugar, and a tablespoon of butter, and cook over low heat for 25-30 minutes.
Step 2
Add the dried or fried croutons, stir, and bring to a boil. Strain the resulting mixture, press the remaining pulp through a sieve, dilute with hot milk (to the consistency of cream), and season with butter.
