Ingredients
- Pumpkin 10 oz
- Apple 10 oz
- Milk ¾ cup
- Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Egg white 3 pieces
- Breadcrumbs 1 tablespoon
- Butter 3 tablespoons
- Semolina 1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon to taste
- Sour Cream 6 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the peeled pumpkin and sauté it until partially cooked in milk with added butter. Add the peeled and chopped apples and sauté until fully cooked. Stir in the semolina. Mix the mass thoroughly, cook for 5 minutes, and then cool. Incorporate the 2 egg yolks beaten with sugar and mix well again. Add cinnamon, the 2 egg whites whipped to a foam, and gently mix.
Step 2
Spread the mixture onto a greased baking tray sprinkled with breadcrumbs, level the surface, brush with sour cream mixed with egg, and bake in the oven.
Step 3
When serving, drizzle the pudding with sour cream.
