Pumpkin Muffins with Chocolate
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Brown Sugar 3 tablespoons
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Baking Powder ½ teaspoon
- Cinnamon ½ teaspoon
- Chestnut puree 1 cup
- Kefir 5 fl oz
- Honey 3 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Chocolate 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Combine the wet ingredients and pour them into the bowl with the flour mixture, then mix quickly.
Step 2
Spoon about a tablespoon of batter into the muffin cups, place a piece of your favorite chocolate on top, and cover with another spoonful of batter.
Step 3
Bake for 15–20 minutes at 390°F. They taste best while warm!
Step 4
Dry ingredients: whole wheat flour, brown sugar, salt, baking powder, cinnamon. Combine all in one bowl and mix.
Step 5
Wet ingredients: pumpkin puree, kefir, honey, vegetable oil, eggs.
