  • Sour Cream 5 oz
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
  • Wheat Flour 5 oz
  • Baking Powder 0 oz
  • Sugar 5 oz
  • Nuts 0 oz
  • Raisins 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Combine the sour cream, vegetable oil, and egg (i.e., the liquid ingredients). In a separate bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder and sugar.

Step 2

Mix the liquid ingredients with the dry ones (i.e., pour the sour cream mixture into the flour). Do not knead for too long, just enough to combine everything. Chop the nuts and grate the pumpkin; add both the nuts and the pumpkin to the batter. Grease the molds with oil, then fill them with the batter, filling them two-thirds full.

Step 3

Bake at 355°F for about 25–30 minutes.
