- Poppy seed paste 3 tablespoons
- Milk 0 fl oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Sugar ½ cup
- Lemon 1 piece
- Shelled pumpkin seeds 2 tablespoons
- Cinnamon to taste
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
- Nutmeg ½ teaspoon
- Ground clove a pinch
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F.
Step 2
Grease a deep rectangular baking dish with vegetable oil and line it with parchment paper.
Step 3
Cut the pumpkin flesh into cubes, bake in the oven until cooked, and blend with milk and egg in a blender.
Step 4
Chop the cooled butter with flour, baking powder, and sugar. Add pumpkin seeds, poppy seeds, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and mix.
Step 5
Combine the butter mixture with the pumpkin puree, add lemon zest. Mix and pour into the baking dish.

Bake for 45 minutes.
