Ingredients
- Chestnut puree 1 cup
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Butter 2 tablespoons
- Sugar 0 oz
- Cinnamon ½ teaspoon
- Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
- Nutmeg ½ teaspoon
- Ground coriander ½ teaspoon
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Vanillin a pinch
- Sour Cream 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
You can make pumpkin puree yourself. Steam the pumpkin, cool it down, mash it, and strain the excess liquid through a sieve or cheesecloth.

Cream the butter with sugar. Add the egg and beat well.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, mix all the dry ingredients except for the baking soda.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 5
Add the pumpkin puree and the flour mixture to the egg-butter mixture.
Step 6
Once the oven is heated, add the baking soda to the sour cream, whisk thoroughly, and pour it into the pumpkin batter. Bake for about 40–50 minutes.
