  • Pumpkin 5 oz
  • Wheat Flour 5 oz
  • Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
  • Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
  • Activated Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
  • Citrus Zest Mix 1 tablespoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

First, cut the pumpkin into small pieces and make a puree. To do this, boil the pumpkin until soft and mash it.

Preheat the oven to 355°F.

Melt the butter and let it cool.

Step 4

Mix the sugar with the melted butter.

Step 5

Then add the eggs one at a time and mix well.

Add the pumpkin puree and kefir, and mix thoroughly.

Sift the flour into the mixture, then add the baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and lemon zest.

Mix everything well.

Distribute the batter into muffin cups and bake in the oven for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.

Remove the muffins from the mold, place them on a cooling rack, and let them cool.

While the muffins are cooling, prepare the glaze. For this, mix 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder with 2 tablespoons of sugar and 3 tablespoons of kefir. Stir and place on the heat. When it starts to boil, add 10 grams of butter and remove from heat. Stir well.

Once the muffins have cooled, drizzle with the glaze and, if desired, sprinkle with any nuts.
