Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 0 lbs
- Dry yeast 1 tablespoon
- Water 20 fl oz
- Pumpkin 0 lbs
- Onion 10 oz
- Dill 2 spoons
- Sugar 2 spoons
- Salt 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
For the dough, mix the flour with warm water and dry yeast. Add salt. Let the dough rise for at least 30 minutes at room temperature.
Step 2
For the filling, grate the pumpkin using a coarse grater. Sauté the onion and add it to the pumpkin. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything together.
Step 3
Spread the filling over the prepared dough. Bake the pie in the oven at a temperature of 180–390°F for 30 minutes.
