- Orange zest 1 piece

Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds, wash it well, and cut it into pieces suitable for juicing.

Following the juicer's instructions, extract the juice from the pumpkin.

Wash the lemon, cut it in half, and extract the juice using a convenient method.

Add the lemon juice to the container with the pumpkin juice.

Wash the orange, cut it in half, and extract the juice using a convenient method.

Pour the orange juice into the container with the pumpkin juice.

Place the container with the juice on the stove.

Bring the juice to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes over medium heat.

Pour the hot juice into clean, dry jars.

Seal the juice with metal lids. Turn the jars upside down to ensure the lids are securely sealed. Cool at room temperature. Store in a cool place. Optionally, mint can be added to taste when serving.
