Ingredients

  • Pumpkin ¼ piece
  • Salad Potatoes 2 pieces
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Turnips 2 pieces
  • Grated Ginger Root 0 oz
  • Vegetable Oil 1 teaspoon
  • Basil ½ bunch
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the pumpkin into large cubes, sauté on low heat, and let it brown slightly (about 5 minutes).

Step 2

Next, transfer the pumpkin to a pot, add the carrots, potatoes, pour in water, season with salt to taste, and cook until soft.

Step 3

Chop the onion, celery, and garlic, and sauté in oil until golden.

Step 4

Add the sautéed vegetables and grated ginger root to the pumpkin.

Step 5

When all the vegetables are ready (become soft), blend everything with an immersion blender.
