- Cauliflower 2 cups
- Sea Salt 1½ teaspoons
- Pumpkin 5 oz
- Basil 1 tablespoon
- Onion 1 head
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Ground Black Pepper a pinch
- Coconut Milk 1 tablespoon
- Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- Paprika a pinch
- Olive Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the cauliflower and pumpkin in a small amount of water until partially cooked. Sauté the onion in a pan with coconut oil.
Step 2
Blend all ingredients in a blender. If necessary, dilute with vegetable broth to achieve the desired consistency or add half an avocado.
