Ingredients
- Pumpkin 20 oz
- Cottage cheese 15 oz
- Semolina 4 tablespoons
- Milk 10 fl oz
- Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
- Sugar 3 tablespoons
- Sour Cream 3 tablespoons
- Butter 5 oz
- Vanillin to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the pumpkin on a coarse grater.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a skillet and sauté the pumpkin until soft.
Step 3
Soak the semolina in warm milk.
Step 4
Beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer. Add salt and vanillin.
Step 5
Combine everything. Add the cottage cheese and sour cream, mix well. The mixture should have a consistency similar to sour cream. If it is too thick, simply add more milk. Bake in the oven at 355°F for 30-40 minutes.
