Description
A cup is 200 grams. If you prefer it sweeter, I recommend adding a bit more sugar. You should use a large baking pan, as the batter yields a decent amount.

- Vegetable Oil ½ cup
- Water ⅓ cup
- Sugar ½ cup
- Chestnut puree ½ cup
- Wheat Flour 1¾ cups
- Baking Powder 0 oz
- Salt a pinch
- Cocoa Powder 3 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the eggs, sugar, oil, water, and puree. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, salt, and baking powder. Combine the dry and wet ingredients. Divide the batter into two parts, adding melted chocolate or cocoa to one half. Alternate pouring the plain and chocolate batter into the baking pan.
Step 2
Bake at 340°F for 45–50 minutes.
