Ingredients
- Sugar 1 glass
- Chicken Egg 4 pieces
- Vegetable Oil 2 spoons
- Semolina 1½ glasses
- Wheat Flour 5 teaspoons
- Pumpkin 25 oz
- Salt to taste
- Vanillin ½ spoons
- Activated Baking Soda 1 tablespoon
- Ground Cinnamon ½ spoons
- Citrus Zest Mix 1 tablespoon

Step 1
Whisk the egg whites into a foam with 0.5 cup of sugar and a pinch of salt.
Step 2
Whisk the egg yolks separately with the remaining sugar.
Step 3
Combine the egg yolks with the remaining dry ingredients, grated pumpkin, and a teaspoon of baking soda, dissolved in vinegar.
Step 4
Fold the whipped egg whites into the prepared mixture.
Step 5
Bake at 355°F for 30-40 minutes.
