- Activated Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
- Pumpkin 10 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 4 pieces
- Nuts 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 10 fl oz

Step 1
Mix the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, combine the eggs, oil, blended cooked pumpkin, and chopped nuts.
Step 3
Combine both mixtures, stirring well until a dough-like consistency is achieved.
Step 4
Place the dough in a baking pan and bake in a preheated oven at 345°F for 45-60 minutes.

Remove the finished bread from the pan and let it cool uncovered.
