- Pumpkin 20 oz
- Potato 10 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Onion 3 pieces
- Milk 15 fl oz
- Salt a pinch
- Ground Black Pepper a pinch
- Chicken Broth 15 fl oz
- Chopped Sage Leaves 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel and chop the pumpkin and potato, cutting the potato into smaller pieces. Place them in a pot. Pour hot milk over the ingredients until covered. Cook until tender. Then add the onion sautéed in butter. Add salt, black pepper, and parsley to taste. Blend until smooth. Next, add hot chicken broth.
Step 2
The soup is ready. If desired, you can add cream or sour cream.
