Ingredients
- Pumpkin 1 piece
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Coconut flakes 1 cup
- Butter 0 oz
- Activated Baking Soda a pinch
- Boiling water 0 fl oz
- Sugar 1 cup
- Port Sauce 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel and finely chop the pumpkin.
Step 2
Grate the pumpkin on a fine grater or chop it in a food processor.
Step 3
Combine the eggs and coconut flour.
Step 4
Melt the butter in a water bath.
Step 5
Dissolve the baking soda in boiling water.
Step 6
Add 1 cup of sugar to the batter.
Step 7
Add cinnamon to the batter.
Step 8
Add the chopped pumpkin to the batter and mix well.
Step 9
Distribute the batter into molds.
Step 10
Place the molds in a preheated oven at 355°F.
Step 11
Remove from the oven after 45 minutes.
Step 12
Cool and garnish with berry sauce before serving.
