- Sugar 1 cup
- Apple 15 oz
- Gelatin 0 oz
- Egg white 2 pieces
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
- Water 15 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the pumpkin flesh and apples into wedges, bake, and then strain through a sieve.
Step 2
Add sugar, lemon juice, egg white to the pumpkin-apple puree and whip into a fluffy mass. While continuously and quickly stirring, slowly pour in the hot dissolved gelatin, distribute the mixture into small bowls, and place in the refrigerator.
