Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Sparkling water 10 fl oz
- Baking Powder a pinch
- Saffron a pinch
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 10 fl oz

Step 1
This recipe is great for squid, shrimp, other shellfish, brains, onions, and so on. Mix all the ingredients into a thick, sticky batter.
Step 2
Heat the vegetable oil in a deep skillet to 355°F. Take a full tablespoon of batter, add your chosen filling, and place everything together in the skillet.
Step 3
Do everything quickly but carefully. Fry the puffy bites for 3–5 minutes until they are golden brown. Then drain on paper towels and serve hot.
