Thaw the pastry. It's best to thaw the strips of pastry separately from each other, otherwise they may stick together.

Boil the eggs. Place the boiled eggs in cold water for a few minutes.
Step 3
Finely chop the onions and eggs, add salt, and mix in a tablespoon of vegetable oil.
Step 4
Roll out the pastry strips slightly and cut them in half.
Step 5
Place the filling on the strips and seal the pastry with a gentle press.
