Ingredients
- Puff Pastry 10 oz
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
- Smoked Chicken 10 oz
- Whole egg 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the puff pastry into strips that are 2 cm wide. There should be an even number of strips. Place small pieces of chicken breast on one strip of dough.
Step 2
Cover with cheese and another strip of dough. Pinch the edges to seal.
Step 3
Carefully roll the puff pastry into a spiral shape. Place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 4
Brush the dough with egg yolk and place it in the preheated oven (390°F). Bake until golden and puffed up, about 15 minutes.
