- Puff Pastry 2 pieces
- Egg white 4 pieces
- Powdered Sugar 10 oz

Step 1
Roll out the puff pastry. Cut into strips about 30 cm long and 2 cm wide.
Step 2
Prepare special cone-shaped cooking molds, and you will also need a pastry syringe.
Step 3
Wrap each strip around its cone-shaped mold, starting from the narrow end (the strips should overlap each other). Place on a baking sheet.
Step 4
Grease the sheet with oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 355°F for 30 minutes. Monitor periodically to prevent burning.
Step 5
Prepare the meringue cream. For this, we need powdered sugar and egg whites. Whip the egg whites until thick and fluffy. While continuing to whip, gradually add the powdered sugar to the egg whites. Use the cream immediately after preparation.
Step 6
Remove the tubes from the oven, let them cool, and carefully remove them from the molds. Next, take the pastry syringe, fill it with the whipped cream, and fill the empty space of the tube (from both ends).
