Ingredients
- Puff Pastry ½ piece
- Sugar 4 tablespoons
- Apple 6 pieces
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
- Butter 4 teaspoons
- Powdered Sugar 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Roll out the dough thinly. Cut out circles.
Step 2
Pour cold water into a bowl and add lemon juice.
Step 3
Slice the apples into wedges and place them in the lemon water for 3–4 minutes.
Step 4
Grease a baking sheet with butter, lay out the dough. Arrange the apples in a pyramid shape on the dough, sprinkle sugar (to taste) over the apples, and place a spoonful of butter on top.
Step 5
Bake for 25 minutes. Before serving, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar.
