Ingredients

  • Puff Pastry 10 oz
  • Apple 3 pieces
  • Water 3 tablespoons
  • Sugar 2 tablespoons
  • Powdered Sugar 1 tablespoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the apples into 4 parts, remove the core, and slice them thinly.

Step 2

Boil the slices in sugar syrup until soft for 3–5 minutes.

Step 3

Roll out the pastry thinly and cut into strips approximately 3x30 cm. Place apple slices along the length of the strip.

Step 4

Roll it up into a spiral. Tuck the end of the pastry under the rose and pinch the dough. Gently fluff the rose. Place the roses on a greased baking sheet.

Step 5

Bake at 355°F for 10–15 minutes.
