  • Sausages 15 oz
  • Toasted Sesame to taste
  • Egg white 1 piece
  • Puff Pastry 20 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Thaw the sheet of pastry. Roll it out to the desired thickness. Cut into strips with a sharp knife.

Step 2

Cut the raw sausages lengthwise into strips as well. Place two pieces of sausage on a strip of pastry and roll it up.

Step 3

Preheat the oven to 390°F.

Step 4

Brush the rolls with egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and place on a prepared baking sheet.
