Ingredients
- Puff Pastry 10 oz
- Ground meat 10 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Breadcrumbs 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel and chop the onion. Mix the ground chicken with the onion, breadcrumbs, 1 egg, salt, and pepper.
Step 2
Preheat the microwave for 10 minutes in convection mode at 355°F, without turning on the microwave function.
Step 3
Separate the egg white from the yolk.
Step 4
Roll out the pastry into a sheet and cut into squares. Brush the edges with egg white.
Step 5
Place the filling in the center of each square, pull the corners to the center, and seal the edges.
Step 6
Brush the pies with egg yolk.
Step 7
Cover the microwave rack with parchment paper. Place the pies on it and bake for 15 minutes at 50% power.
