Ingredients
- Puff Pastry 20 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 15 oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Ground Caraway a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thaw the pastry, roll it out to a thickness of 3-4 mm, and cut it into squares or rectangles.
Step 2
Mix the cheese with the egg and caraway seeds.
Step 3
Brush the edges of the pastry pieces with egg white. Evenly distribute the filling on the pastry pieces. Seal the pastry by pressing the edges with a fork.
Step 4
Brush the pies with egg yolk diluted in water. Place the pies on greased parchment on a rack.
Step 5
Bake for 12 minutes.
