- Sour Cream 10 oz
- Puff Pastry 1 piece
- Sugar 3 teaspoons
- Fresh Berries 10 oz

Step 1
Mix the sour cream with sugar.
Step 2
Divide the puff pastry into two parts; if there are two sheets in the package, you don't need to divide it. Roll it out slightly and place it in the oven at 355°F (356 degrees Fahrenheit) until the pastry rises and turns golden. Repeat with the second sheet. Cut the pastry crosswise to get 4 layers. Spread sour cream on each layer and sprinkle with berries, then stack them to form the cake, leaving the last layer off.

Place in the refrigerator to cool and set.
