- Cottage cheese 5 oz
- Puff Pastry 20 oz
- Bananas 1 piece
- Sugar 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Whole egg 1 piece
- Raisins to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the thawed pastry into squares and roll them out slightly.
Step 2
Prepare the filling: in a blender, mix cottage cheese, egg, banana, and sugar. Add soaked and dried raisins to the mixture (optional).
Step 3
Place the filling in the center of each square, bringing the corners together in the middle to form a 'house' shape.
Step 4
Brush the resulting pastry with egg yolk and place it in a preheated oven. Bake until done, about 15–20 minutes at 355°F.
