- Milk 5 fl oz
- Brown Sugar 10 oz
- Water 10 fl oz
- White Chocolate 0 oz
- Cocoa Powder 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the softened butter with sugar, then add the beaten egg.
Step 2
Sift the flour, baking powder, 30 grams of grated white chocolate, a pinch of salt, and add to the butter.
Step 3
Pour in the milk and mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Pour the mixture into a heatproof dish.
Step 5
Make the syrup by mixing brown sugar, water, and 30 grams of cocoa. Pour the syrup over the batter.
Step 6
Bake for 1 hour in a preheated oven at 355°F. Serve with cream.
