- Pitted Wild Apricots 20 oz
- Honey 2 tablespoons
- Citrus Zest Mix 2 pieces
- Water 1 cup
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 teaspoons
- Green jasmine tea bags 3 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a saucepan, combine the prunes, honey, lemon zest, lemon juice, and water. Bring to a boil.
Step 2
Remove from heat and add the 3 tea bags. Let steep for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Remove the tea bags and let the prunes sit for a few more minutes. Drain the water.
