Description
To enhance the flavor of the nuts and raisins through the prunes, instead of using a blender, you can chop them into small pieces with a knife. Add the other ingredients to them in a bowl and mix everything thoroughly.
Ingredients
- Prunes 10 pieces
- Walnuts 0 oz
- Lemon ½ pieces
- Honey 1 tablespoon
- Bittersweet Chocolate 5 oz
- Light Raisins, Seedless 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the prunes. It's best to buy fresh ones, but if that's not possible and the prunes are a bit dry, soak them in warm water for a while.
Step 2
Gently open and stretch each prune.
Step 3
Blend walnuts, lemon juice, the zest of one lemon, raisins, and honey together. Use this mixture to stuff the prunes.
Step 4
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Dip each candy into the chocolate mixture and place it in the refrigerator for one to two hours.
