Prune Cream
Baking and Desserts • World
Description
The amount of sugar can be adjusted to taste, as well as the ratio of sour cream to butter, depending on personal preferences. The cream can be used as a filling for éclairs or as a soak for sponge cake (for this, cut the cake with a thread, cool it, and spread with cream). You can also add chopped walnuts or dried apricots to the cream.
