- Vanilla extract 1 tablespoon

Step 1
Peel the apples, cut them in half, and remove the core. Dice them into small cubes.

Preheat the oven to 355°F. Grease a small pie dish or skillet with butter.

In a bowl, beat the egg whites, vanilla, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon together. Then, add the flour, nuts, and apples. Mix well.
