Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 20 oz
- Margarine 5 oz
- Dry yeast 0 oz
- Milk 1 tablespoon
- Chocolate eggs 7 pieces
- Sugar ½ teaspoon
- Coarse Salt ½ teaspoon
- Cervelat Sausage 20 oz
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
- Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
- Sour Cream 2 tablespoons
- Green Peas 5 oz
- Scallions to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Dissolve the yeast in warm milk, pour it into the sifted flour, add 2 egg yolks, 1 whole egg, melted margarine, sugar, and salt.
Step 2
Knead the dough, cover it, and leave it in a warm place to rise.
Step 3
On a floured board, roll the dough into thin sausages about 10 cm long, twist them into pretzel shapes, brush with egg white, sprinkle with coarse salt, place on a baking sheet, and bake at 375°F for 15–20 minutes.
Step 4
Before serving, place a rolled-up circle of sausage in the center of each pretzel. To make it easier to roll, you can cut the circle halfway through on one side.
Step 5
Fill the sausage with the filling. For the filling, mix chopped eggs (4 pieces) with green peas and grated cheese.
Step 6
Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste, and add mayonnaise and sour cream.
Step 7
Sprinkle with chopped green onions.
