  • Carrot 20 oz
  • Tomatoes 20 oz
  • Sweet Pepper 20 oz
  • Parsley 0 oz
  • Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
  • Salt 2 spoons
  • Sugar 4 spoons
  • 9% Vinegar 0 fl oz
  • Water 5 fl oz

Prepare all the ingredients.

Slice the onion into half-rings. Grate the carrot on a coarse grater.

Remove the seeds and core from the pepper and cut it into strips. Slice the tomatoes into wedges.

Shred the cabbage.

Finely chop the parsley.

Place all the vegetables in a large pot, add water, and stir while bringing to a boil over medium heat.
