- Cocoa Powder 0 oz
- Salt a pinch
- Condensed Milk 5 fl oz
- Pecan 5 oz

Step 1
Combine the brown soft sugar, cocoa powder, unsweetened condensed milk, butter, and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly until the sugar dissolves.
Step 2
Add whole pecan nuts. Cook over medium heat until it reaches the soft ball stage. Remove from heat and let sit for five minutes.
Step 3
Drop spoonfuls onto greased parchment paper and cool.
