Praline Fudge
Ingredients
- Sugar 0 lbs
- Chopped almonds 5 oz
- 10% cream 10 fl oz
- Butter 10 oz
- Glucose Powder 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix 100 grams of sugar with a small amount of water and cook to make caramel.
Step 2
Combine the caramel with the nuts and spread the mixture onto a greased baking sheet. Allow to cool. Break into pieces and grind in a food processor.
Step 3
Heat the remaining sugar, cream, butter, and syrup.
Step 4
Add the praline and whisk vigorously for 1 minute.
Step 5
Pour into ice cube trays and chill.
