Potatoes Baked with Thyme

Description
Cooking time may vary depending on how young the potatoes are and how large you cut the slices.
Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 10 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Scallions 1 bunch
- Thyme 1 bunch
- 20% Sour Cream 5 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a deep dish, layer all the ingredients: potatoes, onion, salt, pepper, green onion, Parmesan, sour cream, and thyme.
Step 2
Cover with a lid or foil, and place in a preheated oven (180–390°F). After 20–30 minutes, remove the lid/foil and return to the oven for another 15–25 minutes.
Step 3
Sauté the onion, peel and slice the potatoes.
