Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 10 oz
- Egg white 1 piece
- Pink Himalayan Salt a pinch
- Olive Oil to taste
- Garlic 1 clove
- Onion 0 oz
- Cheshire Cheese 1 piece

Wash and peel the potatoes.
Step 2
Peel the garlic.
Step 3
Finely chop the onion.
Step 4
Place it in a deep bowl.

Press the garlic through a garlic press.
Step 6
Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater.

Add salt.

Mix thoroughly.

Add the egg.

Mix thoroughly again.

Preheat the waffle maker and grease it with olive oil.

Spread the resulting mixture in a thin layer.

Top with cheddar cheese.

Then add another thin layer of the potato mixture.
